Do I need a patch test before colour?
For first-time colour or a new brand, yes. Ask for a quick skin test at least 24 hours before your appointment, or mention it in the booking note.
How long does keratin take?
Usually two and a half to four hours depending on length and density. Avoid washing or tying your hair for the first 72 hours.
Can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free, but weekends and festive weeks fill up. Booking a slot on WhatsApp is the surest way.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Just reply on the same WhatsApp chat with a new time. A few hours' notice helps the team plan the day.
Is the salon for men too?
Yes. It is a unisex salon with cuts, beard work, detan, facials and keratin for men.
